The interplay between Schoenberg's daughter's personal memories and musical interludes played live thereby creates a special atmosphere that foregrounds not only Schoenberg the artistic phenomenon, but also and especially his person.

Original sound documents with Schoenberg's voice, recordings he rehearsed and conducted himself, and a collection of private photos, newly assembled by Nuria Schoenberg Nono, who comments upon them with previously unpublished anecdotes, supplement the event, in which the discussion also takes some unplanned turns.
